Ingeborg

Ingeborg is a Belgian singer who represented Belgium in the Eurovision Song Contest 1989. She performed the song "Door de wind" in Dutch. At the contest, Ingeborg's entry finished in 19th place with 13 points. Her participation remains a notable moment in Belgium's Eurovision history.
